If there’s anything I don’t like about Constant Contact, it would be their limited reporting options. For example, you can create surveys but there’s no way to track how many people responded or what their answers were. I also wish they offered scheduled emails since I still rely heavily on email blasts and am always looking for ways to automate my processes whenever possible.
Overall though, I think their main strength lies in how simple they make all aspects of email marketing—from building emails, designing them with templates or uploading custom graphics right down to tracking how well your campaign performs over time.
